Dr. Charles E. Stamitoles, Jr – Dentist Pensacola

Stamitoles, Jr. is a passionate and detail-oriented general dentist who believes that dentistry should be rooted in compassion, clinical application, and a deep respect for each patient’s unique needs. With a foundation in biomedical research and his clinical training, Dr. Stamitoles Jr. is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care that supports both oral and systemic health.

Raised in Pensacola, Florida, Dr. Stamitoles Jr. earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, then advanced his clinical knowledge through the University of Florida College of Dentistry’s C.E Comprehensive Dentistry Program. This formative experience deepened his exposure and understanding of advanced dental techniques and patient-focused care.

He went on to complete a master’s in biomedical science in Miami, where he joined a research initiative focused on respiratory immune biomarker analysis—exploring how environmental stimuli may contribute to systemic health outcomes. Acting as a Chair of Quality Control in his research group, he played a key role in securing National Institute of Health grant funding.

Dr. Stamitoles Jr. earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, where he pursued selective clinical studies and hospital-based rotations. These included the Maxillofacial Surgery Departments at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge and University Medical Center in New Orleans, as well as the General Practice Residency Program at Our Lady of the Lake—giving him experience in patient management and interdisciplinary care. Dr. Stamitoles Jr. also participated in the research of “ Shear Bond Strength of Orthodontic brackets bonding to high-translucent dental zirconia with different surface treatments ” with the Orthodontics Department at LSU school of Dentistry.

Committed to service and making a positive impact on the people around him, Dr. Stamitoles Jr. has volunteered with United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) Dental Clinic of Greater New Orleans through LSU’s School of Dentistry honors selective program. American Dental Association Give Kids A Smile with LSU school of Dentistry. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami and volunteered with the Florida Dental Association Mission of Mercy.

He believes that trust and empathy are at the heart of successful patient relationships. His goal is not only to restore and enhance smiles but to ensure every patient feels genuinely cared for, respected, and informed throughout their dental journey.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Stamitoles Jr. enjoys keeping up with the latest developments in dentistry, giving back to his community, staying committed to his fitness and spending quality time with family and friends.
